Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 10 business days from when your order was placed. Some orders are ready to ship and will take 1-3 business days while other orders that include made to order items like custom colors or personalized orders will take up to the 10 business days to be made, packed, and shipped. Orders are processed Mondays- Fridays.

Shipping Time:

Please note that shipping times are on top of processing times. For example, up to 10 days processing time plus 3-4 days for USPS ground shipping or 1-2 days priority. If you are needing your order sooner, please reach out through email alison@taycravydesgins.com to see if your order can be rushed.
